Jean-Christophe,

We're using the resources that the Linux Foundation has provided.
It would not be inappropriate for Sony to host the videos. It's not
a Sony event. From what I can tell, the Linux Foundation hosts
it's videos on Youtube, that being a widely accessible site with
space and management provided by someone else, for free.

I'm sorry, but I just don't think its worth a lot of effort to
take videos that are in Japanese and make them available to a
Chinese audience. I think I can count on one hand the number of
Japanese-speaking Linux developers who are affected by this
Youtube blockage in China.

I *am* surprised to hear that. I stand corrected.
If there really are a large number of Japanese-speaking
developers who are unable to access the videos, maybe
it would be worthwhile to revisit the issue. As you say,
there's got to be some storage available somewhere.

Ueda-san - how much data are we talking about?

It's possible OSUOSL can provide us with an FTP site.  Let me know if you'd like me to follow up with that.  It may actually be useful for files that are simple too big to upload to the wiki.

Each titles are compressed to 100 to 300 MB file size.
They can be converted into "mp4" format using my facility.

Using ftp site for YouTube non reach regions would be
nice, I think.
